MENA expert in political and sociological data analysis and electoral congress management. Led multiple waves of the Libya Barometer, the TADAEEM municipal services surveys and long-running citizen perception studies, for clients including the Arab Barometer, UNICEF, UNDP, USAID/Chemonics, UNIDO and GIZ. MBA, University of Québec in Montréal; IHEC. Arabic, French, English.
Anis Chehibi
22+ years designing and leading surveys, evaluations and socio-economic studies on employment, entrepreneurship and local development for GIZ, UNDP, the World Bank, USAID, UNIDO and IFAD. Mission leader on TADAEEM, JOBS and a UNDP governance study. IHEC; master’s degrees in finance and international economics.
